Honest and Straightforward

Exceeding expectations - Going above and beyond!
I have been a landlord with my property managed by McAdam and Turnbull for 9 years. All staff have been proficient and professional. However, I have found Bronwyn Evans to exceed expectations and go above and beyond in the management of my property. When I was interested initially in the property, Bronwyn did a drive by to review the property for me. Her communication, willingness to assist, responsiveness and problem solve is outstanding. I cannot recommend McAdam and Turnbull highly enough.

Strongly Recommend
My fiancée and I were referred to McAdam and Turnbull through a family member when looking for a new rental property as unforeseen circumstances required us to. Bronwyn assisted us graciously and had us apply for a property prior to its advertisement. Bronwyn took the time out of her weekend to let us inspect and was thorough when answering any queries we had. Bronwyn understood and empathised in our concern of finding a place due to the heavy demand of rentals at that current time, particularly as our baby was only six weeks old. The transition was smooth and Lachlan was a delight to do business with. Lachlans relaxed demeanour made us feel as though we were more than just clients and our questions/concerns mattered. We strongly recommend McAdam and Turnbull to anyone who is searching for a rental and we would not hesitate renting or buying through them in the future!

A great team that works for you

We have been using McAdam & Turnbull to manage our property for nearly 7 years. We live in SA and having a property in Qld, meant that we had to rely on Paul to keep us up-to-date with any issues associated with the property. At times we had to deal with challenging tenants. Paul managed to make the experience very easy. He was in constant contact and even dealt with the tribunal on our behalf. Overall the experience with McAdam & Turnbull has been excellent. The even helped out with the sale which ended up being a no fuss experience too. If we ever purchase another property in the region, we will definitely use McAdam & Turnbull again.

Buying My First Home!
I found working with Lachlan to buy my first house in some sense very relieving. He was very professional as well as making me feel comfortable and that no question was too silly.
