I have been a landlord with my property managed by McAdam and Turnbull for 9 years. All staff have been proficient and professional. However, I have found Bronwyn Evans to exceed expectations and go above and beyond in the management of my property. When I was interested initially in the property, Bronwyn did a drive by to review the property for me. Her communication, willingness to assist, responsiveness and problem solve is outstanding. With 14 years managing the property to finally in the end selling it too. the Team from McAdam & Turnbull ( especially the property management team) have always gone above and beyond. they've always been very prompt in responding to enquiries and tenant issues. I was lucky in that all the tenants were chosen with the help and personal opinion from the team, which in the end never gave me any grief.

Bronwyn and Lachlan are so helpful!! I needed to get a comparative market appraisal for a complicated property, most other agents I contacted simply gave me a 'there are no comparative sales' letter but they went above and beyond to find, locate and provide me with three comparative sales.
